Language Server

A little note to take account of when using this framework. The contributors of luau-lsp have stated that cyclic dependencies, even when they aren't cyclic at runtime, will never be supported in their language server. For that reason, and until a fork or other option becomes available, Mango Framework will continue to rely on the legacy Roblox-lsp extension by Nightrains.
